We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager – Endoscopy to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality patient care across the Endoscopy Unit and Interventional Radiology. This leadership role carries 24-hour accountability for unit operations, staff management, and delivery of patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations:

  • Provide overall leadership and 24/7 management of the Endoscopy and Interventional Radiology units
  • Supervise and support clinical and non-clinical staff including RNs, CNAs, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Secretaries
  • Ensure efficient workflow, staffing, and resource utilization

Clinical Oversight:

  • Oversee patient care delivery to ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care services across assigned units
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Staff Development:

  • Mentor, coach, and evaluate staff performance
  • Support professional development and education initiatives
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts

Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations
