Description
The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) plays a critical role in the surgical team by assisting the surgeon with tasks such as exposure, hemostasis, and closure during procedures. This position involves preparing sterile supplies and ensuring patient safety throughout the surgery. Candidates should have a current RN license in Wisconsin and completion of an accredited RNFA program, along with attention to detail and teamwork skills.
