Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in First Assisting to join our team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

  • 40-hour guarantee
  • Weekend and holiday coverage may be required
  • On-call rotations apply

Unit Information

  • Unit Size: 8 beds
  • Dress Code: Facility-provided scrubs

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist surgical teams in the operating room
  • Provide support during surgical procedures
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in a surgical setting
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • Current Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) certification
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with Meditech Expanse is highly preferred
  • Must possess a personal vehicle for transportation
  • All requested time off must be indicated at the time of submission
