This role involves assisting the surgeon in the Operating Room and Labor and Delivery Suite, with responsibilities including perioperative nursing functions, organized instruction, and supervised practice.

Schedule: Days shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR), current CPR, current ACLS recognition, and possession of a minimum of 6-8 weeks for credentialing through the Enloe Medical Staff office.
Additional Information: The position requires practicing under the supervision of a surgeon in the Operating Room and Labor and Delivery Suite as a First Assistant. The organization only accepts agency staff who are W-2 employees of their prospective agency. Med/Surg and Critical Care RN positions are required to float as needed.
