Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour or 10-Hour Shifts | 06:30 Start Time | 40 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend Protocol: Alternating weekend coverage required.
    • Holiday Protocol: Holiday coverage not required.
  • Assignment Duration: 16-Week Contract Assignment | 1 Open Position
  • Location Region: Chico, California (CA) 

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated RNFA / Perioperative First Assistant experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
  • Medical Staff Credentialing Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must undergo formal credentialing through the Enloe Medical Staff Office (Minimum 6–8 week processing time prior to start) [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active California State RN License issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing [HARDSTOP].
  • Primary Specialty Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - BOTH REQUIRED]:
    • Active CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Completed RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) accredited program certification [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - BOTH REQUIRED]:
    • Active AHA BLS / CPR (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
