Job Details
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Critical Care/Med Surg with a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience, holding current Oklahoma licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Schedule: Nights (3x12) shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, documenting care plans, performing patient handoffs utilizing safety tools, and maintaining effective communication with the healthcare team.
Involves patient education, assessment, and coordination of care to promote healing, health, or dignified end of life.
Participates in process improvement activities, completes required competencies and certifications, and stays current with unit communications.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Other qualifications include experience in utilizing the nursing process, maintaining confidentiality, and performing duties consistent with mission and service standards.
