Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Float Pool Registered Nurse – Day/Eve/Night Rotating Shift

  • Schedule: Day/Evening/Night Rotating Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Rotating (Days/Eves with 1 to 3 rotations to Nights per contract) | 36 Hours Per Week
    • Weekend & Floating Protocol [HARDSTOP]: Every other weekend (EOW) required. Must be willing and ready to float between 8 different clinical units (Davenport 5, Davenport 7, Davenport 8, Davenport 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, & Overflow) [HARDSTOP].
    • On-Call Protocol: No on-call required. Free on-site parking provided.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of acute care hospital RN experience in a single location AND 2+ years of prior travel nursing experience [HARDSTOP].
  • Telemetry & Clinical Competency [HARDSTOP]: Must demonstrate expertise in independent telemetry strip reading/interval measurement every 4 hours, managing cardiac drips, and managing TR Bands (transradial compression devices) [HARDSTOP].
  • Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Massachusetts State RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP]. Active AHA ACLS preferred.
