Job Details
Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: IN license (or compact as of 7/1/20), BLS through AHA, at least 1.5 years of Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary experience, and minimum 1 year of experience at a hospital with 450 or more beds.
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 3 weekend shifts in 4 weeks, with minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Candidate must have at least 1.5 years of recent Medical Surgical (MedSurg) experience on a large hospital unit, with proficiency in assessments, care planning, IV therapy management, use of Electronic Health Records, and equipment such as IV pumps and telemetry monitors. The role includes supplemental staff orientation, EPIC charting, and floating to other medical units as needed.
Submission Requirements: Willing to wait for license approval, with license submission required.
