Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents in an SNF setting
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and assist with treatments
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and CNAs
- Document care plans, progress notes, and shift reports accurately
- Respond to emergencies and manage chronic conditions efficiently
- Communicate with families and provide updates on resident status
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Delaware (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage a resident caseload effectively
