Job Overview
We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (T-RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment. The T-RN will work collaboratively with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper medical treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
- Document care and observations accurately in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to deliver quality patient care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
