Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

Required Skills:
- Proven ability to utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Experience in administering treatments and medications, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in providing education to residents and their families.
- Ability to adapt care delivery according to residents’ age and cultural backgrounds.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Other Requirements:
- Current California RN license.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to work in a compassionate, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to adhere to professional standards and organizational policies.
Compensation range:
• $48.11 - $68.59
