Job Title: Home Health Hospice Aide

Experience: Minimum 1 year HHA Hospice Experience in the last 3 years
License: CNA
Certifications: HHA license
Must-Have: On-call and weekend availability based on need
Description:
Provide compassionate care to patients in a hospice setting.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure comfort for patients and their families.
Charting will be performed remotely.
Coverage will be required in designated areas.
Travel may involve up to 500 miles per week for patient visits.
Mileage for patient visits will be reimbursed.
On-call support may be necessary based on the needs of the patients.
This position plays a critical role in providing support during end-of-life care.
