Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes during night shifts
- Utilize Epic systems for clinical care documentation and data management
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Respond decisively to emergencies in a composed manner
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
- BLS - Basic Life Support certification
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 180 days
- TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course certification within 18 months
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 180 days
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
