Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with healthcare team for care planning
- Educate patients and family members on health care strategies
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Valid RN Single State or Multi-state Compact License
- BLS, PALS, TNCC, and ACLS certifications (or equivalent)
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred
- Proficiency in technology use for clinical care
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred
