Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
Provide direct patient care in a home health setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Ensure patient safety and quality of care
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
At least 2 years of ICU experience preferred
Education: Associates Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelors in Nursing preferred
