License: Current RN Licensure in Client Certifications: BLS required before the start date Must-Have: - Recent experience conducting comprehensive assessments of patients. - Experience in a home care setting, working with Certified Home Health Agencies, Licensed Home Care Service Agencies, or Managed Long-Term Care. - Experience providing primary care to homebound individuals and care management for persons receiving home and community-based services. Candidates must be comfortable working with technology in the workplace. Knowledge of the principles and practices of professional nursing is essential.
