Job Opportunity – Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Michigan
Start Date: September 9, 2026
Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan

Schedule: Standard working hours with flexibility required for weekends and holidays as needed; includes both clinic-based and home visit responsibilities
Highlights:
- Provide direct nursing care in both clinic and home-based settings with independence and clinical autonomy
- Work with frail and elderly populations in a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) environment
- Utilize advanced nursing skills in triaging emergent situations and managing complex clinical cases
- Perform diverse clinical tasks including wound care, lab draws, assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Collaborate with Primary Care Providers and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Science of Nursing preferred
- RN Nursing Diploma or Degree from accredited School of Nursing or University
- Minimum one year of experience working with frail, elderly, or long-term care populations
- Home care experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Wound care experience (minimum one year preferred)
- Current CPR certification by AHA or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be fully vaccinated against required communicable diseases including Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B
