Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), current Montana state RN license, minimum of 1 year of relevant home healthcare experience, recent OASIS experience for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) assessments, proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), active drivers license with personal transportation, up-to-date immunizations for COVID-19 and flu, ability to work within a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the office.

- Module training during orientation is billable and completed during the Monday orientation.
