Job Summary:
Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN) position in Billings, Montana. This role involves providing comprehensive home health care services, with an emphasis on OASIS assessments for Start of Care patients. The position requires flexibility within a designated territory and the ability to deliver timely, quality patient care in a community setting.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/17/2026
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), current Montana state RN license, minimum of 1 year of relevant home healthcare experience, recent OASIS experience for staff completing Start of Care (SOC) assessments, proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), active drivers license with personal transportation, up-to-date immunizations for COVID-19 and flu, ability to work within a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the office.

  • Additional Information:
    • Terrains covered can be up to a 60-mile radius, with flexibility required regarding territory boundaries.
    • On-call rotation may be required; discuss during interview.
    • Timely documentation and communication are mandatory.
    • First-time travelers are accepted with approved eligibility.
    • RTO (Requested Time Off) requests must be submitted at the time of application.
    • Module training during orientation is billable and completed during the Monday orientation.
