Registered Nurse – Home Health | Contract
Location: 2799 W Grand Blvd, Detroit, MI 48202, United States (Serving Wayne, Oakland & Macomb Counties)

Duration: ~17 Weeks with possible extension
Position OverviewWe are seeking experienced Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct patient care in home settings across the Detroit metro area. This role focuses on delivering coordinated, patient-centered care while working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
- Conduct patient assessments and care planning
- Coordinate with PT, OT, SLP, nutrition, and social work services
- Manage a daily caseload of ~6 patient visits per day
- Travel approximately 40–60 miles daily across assigned counties
- Document patient care and progress accurately
Schedule Details- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Orientation: 2–4 weeks (classroom + field training with preceptor)
- Locations include 1 Ford Place + field-based patient visits
Work Environment- Independent field-based nursing role
- Travel across multiple counties (Wayne, Oakland, Macomb)
- Patient homes and community settings
- Requires strong time management and autonomy
Ideal Candidate- Experienced Home Health RN with strong clinical judgment
- Comfortable managing multiple patients per day in the field
- Highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable
- Strong communicator with patients and interdisciplinary teams
