Job Opportunity – Home Health Registered Nurse – Iowa

Start Date: July 28, 2026

Location: Plymouth County, Iowa

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Days, Monday through Friday, 32-40 hours per week. Call rotation one in four nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or ability to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments
• Demonstrated experience in care planning for in-home patients
• Previous experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
