Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Complete 6 visits a day, including routine visits, discharges, and reassessments
- Travel in and around areas such as Albemarle, Badin, and Mt Gilead
- Manage clinical documentation using Homecare Homebase EMR
- Provide wound care, disease teaching, and management of IV and pleurx
- Conduct case management for up to 25-30 patients
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Current Driver's License and proof of Insurance
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase software
