Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,186 per week in Clinton, SC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 year of Hospice Experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Proficient in HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis Description: Provides and directs the provision of home nursing care according to physician's orders. Care is based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Directly supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Home visits are required. Periodic office meetings will occur. Must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license. Must maintain agency-required liability insurance. The average number of patients per day is 5-8. Each type of visit and activity, such as documentation and travel, holds a different point value. Contractors will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Types of cases include Start of Care, Wound Care, and Follow-up Visits. Traveling up to 75 miles from the home clinic is required. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. All travelers must be proficient in HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. No guaranteed hours are part of this contract. Clinicians must meet weekly productivity expectations. On-call rotations will be required.
