Position: Registered Nurse – Home Health
Location: Greensboro, NC 27405
Weekly Pay: $2,230
Shift: Days | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Manage a designated caseload, complete comprehensive patient assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Accurately document visits and patient progress using HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care plans to promote positive outcomes.
- Travel between patient homes throughout the day using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the current federal rate).
