Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals with varying health conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate health programs.
- Coordinate communications and actions to support health and safety protocols.
- Manage medications and ensure compliance with related policies.
- Report client health status changes to physicians and document accordingly.
- Maintain nursing documentation and supervise care teams as required.
- Facilitate training for new and existing staff on health and safety topics.
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- MD license or compact license
- Experience with HCHB, OASIS, PICC lines; Woundvac experience a plus
- Ability to meet productivity requirement of 30 points per week
