Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Observing, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing support for individuals
- Collaborating with other health professionals in planning and evaluating health programs
- Coordinating communications regarding health and safety supports
- Managing the medication administration process and related policies
- Updating physicians with progress reports as needed
- Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
- Supervising and training staff on health-related issues
- Scheduling and addressing health-related appointments efficiently
- Maintaining communication with inpatient providers during hospitalizations
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- WV RN License
- Home Health Experience
- Proficiency with HCHB and OASIS
