Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,262 per week in Plymouth, MA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year of Hospice experience depending on the specialty. License: Must have license in hand. Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: - Proficient in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase with recent experience. - Must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license. - Must carry agency-required liability insurance. Description: Provides and directs home nursing care according to physician's orders. Responsible for the competent application of the nursing process based on agency policies and procedures. Supervises and evaluates Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses. Responsible for completing all documentation within 24 hours of patient appointments. Must accept all patients on the schedule regardless of location. Home visits involve traveling up to a specified radius and attending periodic office meetings. Mileage will be reimbursed at the standard rate. Schedules vary, and on-call duties may be required. Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase is expected. Weekly productivity targets must be met to fulfill job requirements.
