Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years required License: MD license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: OASIS E and HCHB Point care EMR experience required Description: Seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse with experience in adult home health care. The position requires a daily patient visit average of 3 to 6 based on patient needs. Experience in admission assessment, wound care, and medication administration is needed. Contractors will use their personal vehicles and must maintain a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and licensing. Candidates should be familiar with the service area, covering multiple counties. Floating to cover other zip codes may be requested based on staffing needs. The role includes care and management of various medical conditions and procedures. Candidates must have experience with OASIS documentation and related electronic medical records systems. All home care clinicians will collaborate with interdisciplinary support services, including therapy and social services. Weekly mileage for travel will be reimbursed. No weekend or call requirements are included in this position. Requested time off must be stated upon submission and is limited during the initial assignment period.
