Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Provide direct patient care in a home health setting
- Implement nursing care plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize Epic for patient documentation processes
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact License
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) or Bachelors Nursing preferred
- Less than 1 year experience; completion of Accredited school of nursing with requisite clinical hours
- Epic experience required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language
