Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing support for well, chronic, or acutely ill individuals
- Collaborating with other health professionals to address health needs
- Coordinating communications related to health and safety supports
- Managing medications as per physician's direction
- Documenting health status in nurse's notes
- Supervising licensed practical/vocational nurses as required
- Ensuring training for health and safety related topics is provided
