Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: - Previous experience in adult home health and home infusion is required. - Must have experience billing for mileage. - Epic charting system experience is required. - BLS certification is required. License: - Must hold a valid state nursing license. Certifications: - BLS certification required. Must-Have: - Willingness to assist with weekend shifts is a plus. Description: This position is for a 13-week assignment in home health nursing. Shifts are 5 days a week, 8 hours per day from 08:00 to 17:00. No call or weekends are required unless assistance is offered. The role involves providing care to adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities include admission assessments, medication management, and care for medical devices. Knowledge of OASIS documentation is essential.
