Reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance are required. Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the designated care center. Description: This is a home health nursing position requiring daily travel to patients' homes. The RN will provide home visits and attend periodic office meetings. The average daily caseload consists of approximately 5 to 10 patients. Weekly productivity expectations include 30 points, equating to 40 hours per week. Visit types include start of care, wound care, follow-up visits, and other adult home health services. Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of patient appointments. There are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Contractors typically experience variations in patient census and may be requested to float to nearby clinics when necessary. Candidates must accept every scheduled patient regardless of location. Preparation for on-call rotations may be required.
