Ability to communicate well with patients, clinical staff, and office staff.
Highly organized and able to work independently.
Description:
The role requires a Registered Nurse in Home Health.
The patient population consists of adults to geriatrics.
The nurse will have a patient ratio of 1:7.
The use of HomeCare HomeBase is essential for charting.
Nurses are expected to manage individual patient visits effectively.
Every other weekend commitment is required unless specified otherwise.
Call requirements may include possible coverage from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM every 4-6 weeks.
Travelers should be prepared to work major holidays if they fall within the assignment period.
Compliance with onboarding is necessary to start on time.
A clinical screen will determine clinical fit for the position.
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
Candidates must have various skills including medication management, wound care, and vital sign assessment.
Home health experience is a critical requirement for this position.
Travel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
