Job Details:
Schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Active Michigan and Wisconsin licenses, American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification, Valid driver's license, 2+ years of home health experience, Oasis charting experience required, Epic preferred.
Additional Information: The position is a contract for 13 weeks with an immediate start date of 08/31/2026. The assignment includes 36 guaranteed hours per week and involves travel averaging 5 visits daily, up to 6 visits, with a maximum of 150 miles in a day. On-call duties are required every 4th weekend and one weekday, including coverage during the 4th of July. The role emphasizes clinical competencies in wound care, IV management, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management. During flu season, mandatory mask wearing applies for unvaccinated travelers. Flexibility and resilience are important, along with dependability and compassion.
Shift notes: 8-10 hour days, with a holiday rotation every other week.
