Pay: $2,400 – $2,500 per week
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; call and call-back required
Contract Type: Travel/Temporary Assignment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Lowville, NY. The ideal candidate will provide quality in-home nursing care, coordinate with healthcare providers, and ensure the best outcomes for patients in their home environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive patient care in the home health setting.
Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on care techniques, medication, and follow-up procedures.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all care activities.
Participate in call rotation and respond to patient needs during call hours.
