Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,427 per week in Lebanon, PA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License required Certifications: ASN or BSN, BLS, OASIS required Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Travel experience required - Charting system experience (Epic preferred) Description: Travelers will be expected to work 2 of the 3 upcoming major holidays. If the contract falls over only 2 of these holidays, the traveler will be expected to work 1 of the 2 holidays. Please do not request more than 1 holiday off. Scheduled hours are 40 hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation of every 4th weekend. The position involves care for patients in their homes within designated counties. Candidates will be reviewed clinically to determine fit, followed by manager interviews. Candidates could care for patients with various conditions, including COVID-19. The facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Candidates will manage a range of patient care tasks including medication administration, wound care, and assessments. Communication and coordination of services are essential for this position. Additional skills may include G-tube site care, catheter management, and palliative symptom management. Please be aware that local candidates may be offered at a different rate.
