Description:
This position requires a NJ License.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of home health experience.
One weekend out of every four is required.
You will manage a caseload of 5-6 patients per day.
Expect a high volume of documentation as part of the role.
OASIS experience is essential to be considered for this position.
