Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health- Conduct admission assessments and clinical documentation
- Manage case plans and coordinate services
- Provide comprehensive wound care and management
- Administer medications and perform intravenous infusions
- Handle care for COVID patients if required
- Floating between counties as necessary for patient care
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health- Active RN license in PA with no hits
- ASN or BSN and BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home health
- Familiarity with the EPIC charting system
- OASIS certification required
- COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, exemptions allowed under specific circumstances
