Position Overview
York Hospital is seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide home health care and must be comfortable performing OASIS visits.
Requirements
Active Maine RN license required
Minimum 3 year of Home Health experience
BLS certification required
OASIS visit experience required
Ability to work 5 × 8-hour shifts per week
Weekend rotation required, typically 2–3 weekend days per month
No call required
