TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Requirements
At least 2 years of home health experience
Prior travel experience required
Active Wisconsin or compact RN license
AHA BLS and valid driver’s license
OASIS experience required; OASIS certification is a plus
Epic experience preferred
Patient care and travel
Caseload: Approximately 20–25 patients
Visits: Average of 4.5 per day; fewer may be scheduled on days with more travel
Driving: Approximately 25–60 miles per day, depending on territory, census, and staffing
Responsibilities: OASIS admissions and assessments at all required time points, episode management, physician communication, care coordination, and timely EMR documentation
Clinical skills: Wound care, IV and port care, lab draws, and chronic disease management
Floating: Possible limited coverage in Medford, Antigo, or Wisconsin Rapids; the greatest current need is in Wausau
