This position is responsible for providing individualized goal-oriented nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with a physician’s order. In addition, this position serves as Case Manager in cases in which this position is the lead discipline.

DAYS: Monday-Friday (with weekend rotation approximately every 4th week)
