Home Health Case Manager RN 

Must have Home Health exp

Must have OASIS charting exp

Must have 2+ yrs HH experience

Must have reliable vehicle and will be reimbursed for mileage

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Montana.

• Valid State of Montana Driver’s License and vehicle insurance (if Hospice, Home Care, and Public Health)

• BLS 

We have a new assignment for HH CM RN in Billings, MT  and are interviewing ASAP. This is a travel assignment, 5x8s, days position at a great facility.

Pay Range: $2420.34 - $2702.34 Per Week
