TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Home Health RN in Newport, Vermont, 05855!
Travel RN – Home Health/Hospice
Specialty: Home Health / Hospice RN
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends: Some weekend coverage required
Call: Limited/emergency basis
Requirements
- OASIS experience REQUIRED
- Home Health & Hospice experience REQUIRED
- Experience traveling between patient homes for visits
- Ability to manage and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- Experience with HealthWyse (Careficient) EMR preferred
- Outpatient care experience
