Health Quest Homecare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to patients within their homes. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to manage a diverse patient load across a designated territory in Ulster and Dutchess Counties.
Compensation & Logistics- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Travel: Required (Estimated 50–75 miles per day)
- Equipment: Must have a reliable vehicle in good working condition
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive home care for patients with varied medical diagnoses.
- Clinical Skills: Wound care, Wound Vac management, PleurX drains, dressing changes, and ostomy care.
- Specialized Care: PICC line maintenance, nephrostomy tubes, and venipuncture/blood draws.
- Chronic Disease Management: Patient education and clinical oversight for Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF).
- Operate independently in diverse home environments while maintaining high standards of care.
