Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,885 to $2,925 per week in Poughkeepsie, NY

Health Quest Homecare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care to patients within their homes. This role requires a high degree of independence and the ability to manage a diverse patient load across a designated territory in Ulster and Dutchess Counties.

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Travel: Required (Estimated 50–75 miles per day)
• Equipment: Must have a reliable vehicle in good working condition

• Provide comprehensive home care for patients with varied medical diagnoses.
• Clinical Skills: Wound care, Wound Vac management, PleurX drains, dressing changes, and ostomy care.
• Specialized Care: PICC line maintenance, nephrostomy tubes, and venipuncture/blood draws.
• Chronic Disease Management: Patient education and clinical oversight for Diabetes and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF).
• Operate independently in diverse home environments while maintaining high standards of care.
