Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
Start Date: 10/12 or 10/26
Contract: 16 weeks
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

 

Job Details:

  • Home Health RN position
  • Monday orientation; remaining schedule will be determined with the supervisor
  • Weekend: Required — approximately 1 weekend/month on-call coverage
  • On-Call: Mandatory
    • Average 1 weekend/month
    • 1–2 overnight on-call periods per week, approximately 4:30 PM–8:00 AM
  • Holiday: Rotating holiday coverage required
  • Floating: None
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation required
  • Mileage reimbursement provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with CMS/OASIS Home Health programs
  • 5+ years of Home Health experience preferred
  • New graduates not accepted
  • Active RN license required
  • Additional client-specific requirements may apply

Orientation: Monday, 8-hour day shift
