Job Title: Sr Manager, Home Health Rehabilitation

Description:
Setting: Home Health
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, depending on RN preference.
On Call/Weekend requirements: One weekend monthly.
Coverage area: To be discussed during the interview.
Recommended area for housing: Inner NE Portland, near the office.
Average miles to be driven per day/week: 50 miles per day.
Common Equipment & Charting System: Epic, Laptop.
