Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel
Provide care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and IVs
Ensure nursing duties are compliant with professional standards
Collaborate with a team of RNs and LPNs to deliver quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel
WI state license or compact
BLS certification
Valid driver's license and insurance
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Expertise in managing wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and drains
Not accepting first-time travelers
