Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel- Provide nursing care for patients with wounds, ostomies, and IVs
- Work collaboratively within a team of 8 RNs and 2 LPNs
- Engage in patient assessment and monitoring with EMR system EPIC
- Participate in a structured Monday to Friday schedule
Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel- WI State License or Compact License
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience with wounds, IVs, ostomies, catheters, and drains
- Valid driver's license and insurance
