Travel Nurse (RN) - Home Health (Home Care)

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Hospice

Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40 hrs/week

Length: 24 Weeks

Call coverage rarely needed but could cover on call team. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

Requirements:

• VT license
• A minimum of 3 years of prior community hospice experience
• Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education
• Symptom assessment and management with high level of critical thinking skills
• Comfort initiating and participating in goals of care discussions and planning with patients, family, and team
• Medication management and administration (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, and other routes)
• Will need excellent typing skills as they have a narrative heavy EMR
• AHA BLS
