RN Home Health - North Albuquerque, NM & Santa Fe area  - Local or Traveler

Protouch Staffing seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent clinical skills and a passion for helping patients maintain their independence and well-being. This position is open to both local and traveling RNs who are flexible to serve patients in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments.

• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Complete accurate electronic health record (EHR) documentation, including OASIS.

  Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license in New Mexico (or a Compact State).

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an RN.

• Prior home health or hospice experience is preferred.

• Experience with EHR and OASIS documentation.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

13 weeks
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
This contract position will cover our Santa Fe area.
28 units per week
On call possible
HH and HCHB required
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required

Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred

Total Non-taxable Pay: $1000
Total Taxable Pay: $1568
Gross Profit: $2568
